What roadblocks did you face before working with Coach Cudi?
“For many years now I've been trying to lose weight and gain some muscle as well. I've downloaded p90x videos, juicing, jogging, had a (gym) membership for years, and even paid for (in-person) personal trainers for a year. I got hit with Covid right before the first lockdown, then my grandfather passed away shortly after, and then my son was born a month after. I had a cousin who was also working with Coach Cudi that highly recommended him.”
What has working with Coach Cudi done for you and your fitness/health?
“Coach has flipped my health and fitness around 180. I weighed 210 lbs a couple weeks before officially starting with him and by the time we were done I weighed 182 lbs. I was barely able to stay on the treadmill for 3 minutes on speed 5. Now I do 10 minutes of 6.6 speed and 20 minutes of 5 everyday comfortably. In terms of weights I was struggling to go past 15 pounds in several muscle categories and exercises. My dumbbells go up to 50 lbs and now I own a cable machine to go past the dumbbell limitations.
Most importantly I was clueless as to what to eat, how much to eat, and what was acceptable to eat. Weight loss was my main goal and I've lost several pounds in the past but always gained it back in a couple weeks once I was done dieting. Coach Cudi helped me gain control over my health and diet. I can comfortably plan my meals days and weeks in advance, eat out with family and friends without guilt because Ive learned how to bounce back to my desired weight a couple days after.
Prior to Coach, dieting was overwhelming. I always avoided several foods or undercut hundreds of calories. Now I can portion what I eat without avoiding any meals that I love.“
